I made a great green smoothie this morning. Here is all of the ingredients I used.
- handfull of blueberries
- handfull of raspberries
- handfull of strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 1 apple
- 1 nectarine
- 3 handfulls of spinach
- handfull of red chard
- about a cup or so of water
So many fruits… So many veggies… Can it get any better than that? I think not!

Yucky looking isn’t it! I agree, but it is so good for you. Now, try and get your kids to eat it. I have yet to get mine to try it. It looks gross but it tastes sooo good. I am slowly adding more veggies and less fruit.
